Ingredients: 2 cups wheat flour; 1 1/2 cups cow's milk; 2 cups sugar; 3 eggs; 2 teaspoons baking powder; 1 cup vegetable oil; 2 pinches salt; 2 teaspoons vanilla essence; 8 tablespoons cocoa powder; 2 cups marshmallows; 1 1/2 cups whipping cream; 1 cup icing sugar; 1 cup chocolate; 45 grams unsalted butter

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the oil, sugar, a pinch of salt, the eggs, and one tablespoon of vanilla with a mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes. Sift the flour, baking powder, and cocoa while adding it to the mixture. Mix well and add the cup of milk, beating again for one minute. Pour the mixture into two molds, greased with a bit of butter and flour, one slightly more than halfway full and the other slightly less, and bake them for about 30 to 50 minutes.
