Ingredients

12 portions
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cups milk cream
  • 1 cup Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • sugar, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preparation

Beat the eggs and 1/2 cup of sugar until you get a very soft and fluffy mixture, then sift the flour and cocoa powder to form a fluffy mixture.
Pour the mixture into a pan and bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes, until it is cooked.
Roll the cake and let cool.
Beat the cream of milk to the point of snow and add the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0%, the vanilla extract and sugar to taste.
Continue beating until they are firm.
