Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare the mold where you are going to bake, greasing and flouring the surface.
Sift the flour together with the baking powder. In a large bowl, whisk the egg whites with an electric mixer with nougat. Add the sugar and beat until peaks form. Then, add the yolks one by one. Reduce the speed of the blender and add a third of the flour and a third of the milk. Repeat the operation until all the flour and all the milk have been incorporated, and then add the vanilla.
Empty the mixture in the prepared mold and bake between 35 and 40 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and remove from the mold.
Cool the cake and season with a fork. Apart melt the chocolate in the microwave. For this, cut it into pieces of the same size, microwave it at medium speed, stir every minute until it is all melted.
Blend the milk with the cream until it has a creamy consistency. Add the melted chocolate and stir well. Pour this mixture over the cake. If necessary, re-perforate the cake so that it absorbs the liquid well.
Refrigerate for 1 hour. You are ready to enjoy. You can decorate it with a soft meringue and not very sugary. I like it with a thin layer.
