Brownies are an easy and delicious dessert option for any meal. This recipe for Brownies with Coconut has a delicious coconut flavor and the presentation looks super elegant.

Ingredients

15 portions
  • 120 grams bitter chocolate
  • 180 grams unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • whipped creams
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • chocolate syrups, to decorate
  • grated coconuts, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (350 F).
Melt chocolate and butter in a bain-marie.
In a blender , put the eggs and beat until they have a pale yellow color. Add the sugar little by little and continue beating until it thickens. Add vanilla, sifted flour, and coconut. Finally add the chocolate (already warm, not hot).
Put the mixture on a greased and floured 8x12 cm refractory.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool in the mold.
Cut the brownies into boxes. Add a little chocolate syrup to each box and sprinkle shredded coconut on top.

PRESENTATION

You can not add coconut to the mixture and only in the decoration.

Recomendada Ah, la idea es excelente, son poco comunes. Le bajaría un poco el azúcar y la margarina algo así como 1 y 3/4 taza y 170 gr respectivamente . Muy buenos!
