This condensed milk cake covered in chocolate on a base of milled biscuits is spectacular, the creamy condensed milk filling has the perfect and smooth flavor that everyone will love.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups Marie biscuit, ground
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 3 cups cream cheese, cut into cubes, at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 3/4 cups whipping cream
  • 1 on gelatin, hydrated and melted
  • 450 grams bitter chocolate
  • 3/4 cups whipping cream
  • 1/4 cups butter
  • 50 milliliters Maple syrup

Preparation

Add the cookies to the processor and grind to a fine powder.
For the base, add melted butter to the processor until you get a cookie. Place the preparation in a mold and form the base, flatten the cookie with a spoon. Reserve in refrigeration.
Add the cream cheese, the condensed milk, the vanilla essence, the whipping cream and the tempered gelatin to the blender. Blend until you get a homogeneous mixture. Serve the mixture on the cookie base in your mold. Refrigerate until set.
For the cover, in a bowl melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, add the cream and incorporate well, melt the butter and add the maple syrup out of the fire mix well until you get a more or less thick ganache. Chill and cover the cake with it. Refrigerate
Serve and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve a slice of your cake. Accompany with coffee or tea.

TIPS

Add the chocolate coating when it is at room temperature so as not to melt the condensed milk filling.

Una taza, te recomiendo que compres en una tienda de repostería las medidas ya solo llenas la que dice una taza y listo!!!... Una barra de mantequilla, normalmente son 90 gramos aquí en México
