Hotcake with Milky Way Bitumen

This cake recipe is made with hotcake flour, it is very simple to prepare and delicious. Ideal for untimely visits, the best part is that you can have the ingredients at home. The bitumen milky way gives a surprise touch.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 2 cups of Flour for Gamesa® Hot Cakes
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 1 Cup of Butter
  • 1 Cup of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup of Nestle La Lechera Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 spoonfuls of cocoa
  • 1 stick of Butter
  • 2 Milky Way chocolates

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Beat the butter cup until it is softened in an electric mixer . Once it is soft add the sugar until it is well mixed.
    Add the eggs and a cup of flour, let everything sit well. Then add the milk and vanilla and let it sit in the mixture. Finally add the other cup of flour and beat until everything is well mixed.
    Grease and flour a cake mold or screw. Empty the cake mixture into the 3/4 pan and bake for 30 minutes.
    While the cake is cooking, put the butter bar and the milky ways in a bain-marie. until they melt completely. (Watch it all the time so you do not burn the chocolate)
    Add the condensed milk and the cocoa, in the mixture that is in the bain-marie and stir until everything is well mixed and with a light brown color (lighter from the first mixture)
    Take the cake out of the oven and once it is cold, drop the chocolate on the cake to empty it more easily since this bitumen is a bit sticky and difficult to handle.

    TIPS

    You can add chocolate chips or your favorite fruits to decorate.
