Preparation
In a water bath place the white chocolate in a bowl and add the milk.
Move very well with a spatula, to form a homogeneous paste.
Add the walnut and rum.
Refrigerate one hour or freeze for 30 minutes.
Beat with a blender until the mixture thickens.
Put in the freezer for 30 minutes and form balls with your hands.
Garnish with the semi-bitter chocolate previously melted in a bain-marie.
