This version of doodling cookies is delicious and easy to make. Delicious butter sandwich cookie filled with a creamy dark chocolate ganache and grated with more chocolate, irresistibly delicious.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 2/3 cups flour
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 2/3 cups butter, (125 g) cubed, at room temperature
  • 1 cup bitter chocolate, for the ganache)
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream, hot (for ganache)
  • 1 cup bitter chocolate, melted, to decorate and cover
  • 1/4 cups White chocolate, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat oven 180 ° C, grease cookie sheet.
Make a flour pan and place the sugar, salt, egg and vanilla in the center. Dissolve with your fingers and add the butter and mix. Refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes.
Spread with a rolling pin on a flour surface and cut the cookies with a cutter.
Place the cookies on a tray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden and cool.
For the ganache, heat the cream to beat and mix with the chocolate until integrated.
Make cookie sandwiches with the filling and decorate half of the cookies with the dark chocolate, refrigerate 10 minutes and offer.
Cover the rest of the cookies with dark chocolate and decorate them with white chocolate. Refrigerate 10 minutes and offer.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with dark and white chocolate.

TIPS

Refrigerate cookies thoroughly before baking, otherwise they will melt in the oven.
