We present the easiest and most delicious recipe to make a delicious homemade banana and chocolate ice cream. It simply consists of mashing the banana, freezing and adding the chocolate. Simple and delicious.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 5 tabasco banana
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 50 grams dark chocolate
  • 5 grams powdered sugar

Preparation

Peel the bananas and place them in the Ziploc® Bags to freeze. Freeze the fruit for 1 hour.
Chop the chocolate and reserve it.
Remove the bag from the freezer and mash the banana, to form the snow. Add the vanilla, sugar and finally the chocolate. Mix perfectly and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve a couple of scoops of ice cream in a bowl and serve with cookies.
