Ingredients

5 servings
  • 1 package of plastic bag Medium Ziploc® to freeze
  • 5 pieces of banana from Tabasco
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 50 grams of dark chocolate
  • 5 grams of powder sugar

    Preparation

    Peel the bananas and place them in the Ziploc® Bags to freeze. Freeze the fruit for 1 hour.
    Chop the chocolate and reserve it.
    Remove the bag from the freezer and crush the banana, to form the snow. Add the vanilla, sugar and finally the chocolate. Mix perfectly and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve a couple of scoops of ice cream in a bowl and serve with cookies.
