Peel the bananas and place them in the Ziploc® Bags to freeze. Freeze the fruit for 1 hour.
Chop the chocolate and reserve it.
Remove the bag from the freezer and crush the banana, to form the snow. Add the vanilla, sugar and finally the chocolate. Mix perfectly and serve.
