Preparation
In a saucepan, heat the milk. Add the sugar and cornstarch and stir until it boils, about 5 minutes.
Out of the fire, add the cocoa and mix well. Allow to cool, the mixture thickens. Mix and filter if necessary if lumps form.
Put a few raspberries in palette molds and cover with the mixture. Freeze approximately 5 hours.
Enjoy them!
