Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup granola, natural
  • 1 stick butter, (90 g)
  • 4 yogurt, Papaya Activia® and cereals At room temperature. (113 g) At room temperature. (113 g)
  • 1/2 cups juice, of mandarin
  • 2 envelopes gelatin, hydrated and melted (7 gc / u)
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 twig peppermint
  • 1/4 cups tangerine, tin

Preparation

Blend the granola until a fine powder is obtained. Combine with butter and integrate very well.
Form a crust with the granola into cups for cupcakes with the help of a spoon.
For the mousse, mix the yoghurt with the tangerine juice and the hydrated and melted gelatin. Reservation.
With the help of an electric mixer, beat the cream until it forms smooth peaks. Add the yogurt mixture in an enveloping and integrated way.
Place a little of the mixture in each mold and refrigerate until firm. Desmolda.
Garnish with preserved mandarin segments and mint leaves.
