Mousse of Glories, Coffee and Vanilla

The mousse that we present here is exquisite, it is a preparation that consists of 3 layers of delicious flavor: coffee, glories and vanilla. A different and very rich dessert to share with your friends, apart it will not take you more than 25 minutes to prepare it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 cups whipping cream
  • 1/4 cups refined sugar
  • 100 milliliters milk
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin, hydrated in 1/4 cup of water and melted in a water bath (15 g)
  • 1 tablespoon espresso coffee
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 3 Glorias Las Sevillanas®
  • Las Sevillanas® wafers, to taste (for decoration)

Preparation

Beat in the electric mixer for 5 minutes at medium speed until soft peaks form. Add the sugar and refrigerate.
In a bowl add 2 tablespoons of milk and espresso coffee. Mix until dissolved.
In another bowl, add 2 tablespoons of milk and 3 pieces of Glorias Las Sevillanas®. Place the mixture in the microwave for 30 seconds or until the mixture is smooth.
Remove the whipped cream from the refrigerator, add the grenetine and mix it with a spatula to prevent it from losing volume.
Divide the whipped cream in 3, add it to a mix with vanilla, to another coffee and the last one with Glorias Las Sevillanas®.
Place a layer of coffee mousse, a layer of vanilla mousse in a glass or cup, and finally, a layer of mousse from Las Sevillanas® Glories. Decorate with wafers.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a glass and decorate with a Sevillian® wafer.

TIPS

Refrigerate the mousse for 2 hours before serving.
