Delicious pumpkin mousse with a crust of cookies. This recipe for mousse is going to love you, as it is like eating a pie in a glass. A different dessert option, very simple to prepare and with a rich pumpkin flavor.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package cookie, vanilla
  • 1/2 sticks butter, without melted salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3/4 cups cream cheese, at room temperature (for the filling)
  • 1 3/4 cups pumpkin puree, (for the filling)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, (for the filling)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 2 cups chantilly cream

Preparation

Place the vanilla cookies in a processor and crush them until they are completely crumbled.
Mix the biscuit muffins with the melted butter and the two sugars.
Place the mixture in glasses or glasses and refrigerate.
Add the pumpkin puree and spices in a bowl for a blender .
Add the condensed milk and mix again.
Place the balloon whisk in the blender and add half of the chantilly cream until the mixture is fluffy.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Place the mousse in a pastry bag and serve it in the glasses with the cookie base.
Garnish with more whipped cream on top and insert a cinnamon stick or cookie.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a glass cup.

You can buy canned pumpkin puree.
