Preheat the oven to 170°C. In a mixer, add the eggs with the sugar, beat until doubled in size, then add the lemon zest and vanilla extract. With the help of a sieve, gradually add the flour and fold it in gently. Pour into two previously greased and floured cake pans and bake for 25 minutes, let cool and set aside. For the frosting, whip the cream and add the powdered sugar, dividing it into four portions. Add a drop of blue, pink, violet, and melon food coloring respectively. Refrigerate and set aside. Cut the cakes in half, and fill with frosting, alternating the colors. Cover the cake with the remaining frosting, alternating the colors, and run a spatula around to even out and blend the colors. For the glaze, heat the cream and add the white chocolate. Add a few drops of pink food coloring and mix until well combined. Decorate the cake with the frosting, letting some drops fall over the edge to create the “dripped cake” effect. Finish with the cotton candy.
