Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 1/2 sticks unsalted margarine
  • 1/3 cups Great Value® Refined Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Bee Honey Great Value®
  • 1 cup banana, green, cut into small cubes
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seed
  • 1 cup amaranth
  • 1 1/2 cups oats

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Heat a small pot over medium heat and add the margarine, sugar and honey. Cook until you integrate without letting them boil.
Add the banana, with the sesame seeds, amaranth and oats. Reservation.
In a deep well-oiled tray, add the mixture and compress perfectly well. Bake the mixture for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and refrigerate.
Cut the bars to your liking. Serve and reserve.
