Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 1/2 sticks of unsalted margarine
  • 1/3 of Cup of Refined sugar Great Value®
  • 1/4 of Cup of Bee Honey Great Value®
  • 1 Cup of banana green, cut into small cubes
  • 2 spoonfuls of sesame seed
  • 1 Cup of amaranth
  • 1 1/2 cups of oats

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Heat a small pot over medium heat and add the margarine, sugar and honey. Cook until you integrate without letting them boil.
    Add the banana, with the sesame seeds, amaranth and oats. Reservation.
    In a deep well-oiled tray, add the mixture and compress perfectly well. Bake the mixture for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and refrigerate.
