Apple cupcakes are a delicious dessert that you can enjoy at any time, they are super rich, they do not require a lot of preparation time and they do not require a lot of money either.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 300 grams flour, leaner
  • 110 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • vanilla essence, to taste
  • 2 apples, the juice
  • 1/2 lemons, the juice
  • 180 milliliters milk
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 225ºC.
Beat the butter and sugar until you get a cream. Add the eggs one by one, without stopping to beat. Remove the blender and add the vanilla essence and milk. Sift the flour together with the cinnamon, add the apple juice with the lemon juice and continue beating until no lumps are observed.
Fill the molds and take to the oven.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle a little cinnamon.
Decorate to taste and ready to enjoy.
