Ingredients

16 portions
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 170 grams bitter chocolate
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cups unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Mix the dry ingredients and reserve.
Melt the chocolate, heating the milk. When the melted chocolate is in, remove from the heat immediately, mix and let cool. Reservation.
Acremer the butter in a blender , add the sugar. Add the egg yolks, one by one (continuing to beat), checking that the ingredients are mixed well.
Add the chocolate mixture little by little and the vanilla. When the ingredients are mixed well add the flour in parts. Mix until the flour is completely integrated.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until peaks form and surround with the mixture you already have.
In a tray for cupcakes accommodate the cups and add the dough you made up to 2/3 of its capacity. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until when inserting a toothpick, it comes out clean.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with a cinnamon glaze and sugar figures.
