Ingredients

18 portions
  • 150 grams margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 350 grams flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 150 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 200 grams butter, at room temperature, for the cream
  • 3 cups sugar, impalpable
  • 20 chocolate cookies

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave and reserve.
Beat the margarine, sugar, vanilla and an egg until the mixture looks creamy.
Add the rest of the eggs, one by one and beat at medium speed until integrating.
Add the flour little by little alternating with the milk, beat at low speed.
Finally add the melted chocolate
Place in molds for cupcakes placing cups.
Bake 20 to 28 minutes.
For the cream
Beat the butter until it changes color and looks unctuous.
Add the sugar and beat until integrated.
Finally add the cookies.

PRESENTATION

Use a sleeve to decorate the cupcakes with the cream and part a cookie in half to serve as a crown on the cupcake.

TIPS

You can add some essence to the cream of cookies (vanilla, dulce de leche, among others).
