Ingredients

  • 145 grams flour, sifted
  • 15 grams grated coconut
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 200 grams mascarpone cheese
  • 60 grams butter, room temperature
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 100 grams passion fruit pulp

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy.
Add the eggs and beat until fully incorporated, add the passion fruit and coconut.
Add the flour in three batches, until it is fully integrated. the dough is very thick add the milk to tablespoons, first one and stir, until you have a creamy dough.
Fill the capsules to 3/4 parts and bake about 20 minutes.
For frosting, drain the cheese by removing all the whey it may have and mix it with sugar, butter and passion fruit. Add the sugar and beat until you have a soft cream.
