Ingredients

30 portions
  • 400 grams sugar, refined
  • 450 grams butter
  • 500 grams flour
  • 9 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda, (royal)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cups Carnation milk

Preparation

Accrete the butter.
Add the sugar and continue beating.
Add the eggs, giving time to incorporate.
Add the flour and baking powder alternating with the milk carnation and vanilla.
Place cups in cupcake molds and fill up to 3/4 parts.
Bake at 175º for approximately 30 minutes.

TIPS

If you want chocolate, you only take 75 grams of flour and substitute cocoa and the procedure is the same.
