  • 200 grams flour, common
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 200 grams powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 100 grams unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 milliliters milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon greek yogurt, or thick natural yoghurt
  • 100 grams unsalted butter, softened, for glaze
  • 175 grams powdered sugar, for the glaze
  • 25 grams cocoa powder, for the glaze


Preheat the oven to 350ºF (180ºC) .Take the flour, baking powder and cocoa in a bowl. Add sugar, salt, and butter. Mix until you get an appearance of bread crumbs. In another bowl beat the eggs, milk, vanilla extract and yogurt until well blended.
Gradually add the egg mixture to the flour mixture. Mix gently until softened. Accommodate cups in 2 molds for cupcakes. Carefully pour the mixture into the cups, fill them in half.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cupcakes are slightly golden and flexible to the touch. Leave in the molds for a few minutes, then pass the saucers to a rack and let cool.
For the glaze: beat the butter, the icing sugar and the cocoa until softening.
Apply the glaze with a spoon, smoothing the surface with the back wet in warm water, or with a pastry bag.


Store, these cupcakes will be stored for 3 days in an airtight container.

Hola pues yo lo hice pero en realidad no pasa nada, quedan comen unos simples cupcakes de chocolate solo es para que quede un poco mas dulce y mejor consistencia.
