Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons liquid vanilla
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 1/4 cups skim milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Red food dye
  • 190 grams cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups strawberry, slice

Preparation

Pass the flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda through a colander.

Add the eggs, vanilla and flour mixture alternately until they are integrated.

En efecto queda apelmazado y con poco sabor, recomiendo: Usar crema para batir en lugar de yogurth Reducir media cucharada de vinagre osea solo hechale una cucharada -taza y media de azúcar -1/2 cucharada de sal (muy medida) -reducir la cantidad de mantequilla Y para el betún -2 tazas de azúcar glass -389 de queso crema o dos paquetes. Con esas modificaciones me quedo mejor que la receta original.

Hola, me parececió que la medida del azúcar no es la correcta, no será 1.5 tazas? o sólo es 1/2 taza como dice la receta? están seguros?
