Amaranth with Chocolate and Raspberries

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups amaranth
  • 1 1/2 cups bitter chocolate, melted, 1 cup for amaranth and the rest for varnishing.
  • 1 cup raspberry

Preparation

In a bowl, combine the amaranth with the bitter chocolate and mix very well.
Pour some of the mixture into cookie cutters or metal rings and flatten with a spoon.
Add a little chocolate on each amaranth base and smooth to form a layer. Arrange the raspberries over the chocolate and refrigerate 15 minutes or until the chocolate solidifies.
Desmolda and decora.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with white chocolate and mint leaves.

TIPS

Use cutters of different shapes to make the amaranth base and you will have an incredible variety.

Tanto el vídeo como la página no dan las mismas medidas, muy mal en eso. Seguí las instrucciones del video de 3/4 de taza de chocolate y 1 taza de amaranto y fue insuficiente. Tuve que seguir las instrucciones de 1 taza y media de chocolate y 1 taza de amaranto y sólo así fue suficiente para crear una buena mezcla. Favor de checar que las porciones sean consistentes y las correctas.
