Ingredients

12 portions
  • 500 grams watermelon, cut into cubes
  • 200 grams melon, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups kiwi, thickly sliced
  • 2 cups pineapple, cut into cubes
  • 2 bananas, thickly sliced
  • 5 guavas, thickly sliced
  • 1 mango, large (the pulp)
  • to taste lemon drop

Preparation

Remove the pulp from the mango and process with a few drops of lemon until creamy. Reserve.
Assemble the flags with the different fruits, combining different colors. To serve

TIPS

Remember to wash and sanitize all fruit before peeling and cutting. If they are not served immediately, they can be drizzled with a little orange juice so that the fruit does not oxidize. Keep in the refrigerator.
