Preparation
Heat the sugar until it melts, add the lemon juice and the spices. Move to incorporate too and add white wine.
Add the pears (without peel) in the syrup, cover and leave on low heat for 15 minutes.
Let the pears cool.
To serve, put a pear on a plate and decorate with a cinnamon stick.
