Pears with White Wine are the ideal dessert to finish a heavy dinner but in which you can not miss the dessert. Pears are a fruit that we all like, serve them to white wine.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 1/2 liters white wine
  • 500 grams sugar
  • cinnamon powder
  • 2 vanilla pods
  • 1 clove
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 orange, the skin
  • 10 pears, without skin
  • star anise
  • cinnamon sticks, to decorate

Preparation

Heat the sugar until it melts, add the lemon juice and the spices. Move to incorporate too and add white wine.
Add the pears (without peel) in the syrup, cover and leave on low heat for 15 minutes.
Let the pears cool.
To serve, put a pear on a plate and decorate with a cinnamon stick.

TIPS

When the sugar melts take care not to make candy.
