Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Rexal® Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cups vegetal oil
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 cups carrot, grated
  • 190 grams cream cheese, for bitumen
  • 1/4 cups powdered sugar, for bitumen
  • to taste walnut, finely chopped, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For the donuts, beat the flour with the sugar, the baking powder rexal® the salt, the cinnamon, the nutmeg, the egg, the oil, the milk and the essence of vanilla for 5 minutes.
Add the carrot and beat for 7 more minutes to integrate.
Pour the previous preparation over a previously greased and floured donut mold, bake for 25 minutes. Let cool and reserve.
For the bitumen, beat the cream cheese with the icing sugar until it is creamy.
With the help of a spatula spread the cheese over the donuts and add the chopped nuts.
