Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 5 tablespoons bee honey
  • 30 milliliters espresso coffee
  • 200 grams flour, (extra flour to sprinkle)
  • 30 grams cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 30 grams oats
  • to taste strawberry
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Grind the pulp of the avocado to make a puree, cut the plantains in medium cubes.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients, starting with the wet ones and then the dry ones.
Form a compact mass and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Grease and flour a baking sheet.
