Preparation
Stir butter, cream cheese, icing sugar and vanilla in a bowl with a medium speed blender to make a smooth, fluffy mixture.
Add the flour by carefully integrating it.
Make balls in the form of strips and fold them in half, turning them around to make the rosquitas.
Cover them with granulated sugar and put them on baking trays.
Bake them for 15 minutes until they turn golden.
Allow to cool on the tray and take them off carefully.
