Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Oil Oleic®
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 1/4 cups chocolate chip
  • 1/2 cups unsalted almond, chopped

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Place a silicone mat on a baking sheet.
Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and oatmeal in a bowl.
In another bowl, beat the oil, sugar, egg and vanilla for 2 minutes at medium temperature, stop the blender once the mixture thickens and changes color.
With the mixer in low speed, add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, add the chocolate chips and the almonds.
With a spoon, form 5-centimeter balls on the silicone mat, look for each cookie to be separated by 5 centimeters. Apply with a fork.
Kitchen from 13 to 15 minutes. Remove them from the mat and allow them to cool on a grate.
