  • 1/2 cups corn syrup

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a medium bowl, sift dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and salt. Reservation.
In a large bowl, add the sugar and butter. With an electric mixer at medium speed, beat the sugar and butter for 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture is fluffy and scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula when necessary.
Add the egg and the vanilla extract to the mixture of sugar and butter. With the blender at low speed, beat for 1 minute until a smooth paste is obtained. Scrape the sides of the bowl.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and beat with an electric mixer at low speed for 1 minute until the mixture is integrated. Do not overcoat.
Divide the dough in half. Wrap each half with plastic wrap, press flat, round 6 "discs and let it rest for at least 1 hour in refrigeration. When the dough is ready, remove the wrap, place it on a smooth, lightly floured surface and use a rolling pin so that it stretches and reaches a thickness of 1/8 ".
Cut with cookie molds (squares, circles, stars and for the pineapple use a small knife to trace the shape), use a flat spatula to place them on a baking sheet, at a distance of 2 "from each other.
Mix and stretch the rest of the dough, then continue cutting cookies with the molds and place them on trays.
Bake for 20 min or until the edges of the cookies begin to brown. Allow to cool before decorating.
For Decoration: Divide the fondant into 7 parts. Reserve one part in white and the rest paint them in yellow, blue, green, coral, purple and brown.
Divide the Royal Icing into 6 parts. Reserve one part in white and the rest paint light green, coral, purple, black and light brown. Place the Royal Icing plastic sleeves with duyas of the number 2 or 3.
Varnish the center of the cookies with corn syrup to adhere the fondant.
Cut a square of yellow fondant the same size as the cookie and paste it. Cut white and blue circles for the eyes. Cut small squares for the teeth. Make the eyelashes, the mouth and the center of the eyes with the black Royal Icinig. Make small dots in the corners of the square with Royal Green Icing. Paint Bob's little breasts with an edible down.
Cut a coral fondant star the same size as the cookie and stick it. Make Patrick's shorts with green fondant and purple fondant flowers. Glue them using a drop of water. Make 2 ovals of Royal Icing white for the eyes and let them dry for a few minutes. Make the eyebrows and the center of the eyes with Royal Black Icing. Finish them by making details with Royal Icing coral dots and detailing the contour of the shorts with Royal Green Icing.
