Ingredients

8 portions
  • 100 grams butter
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 60 grams powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams oil
  • 18 grams lemon zest
  • 300 grams wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 pinch cream of tartar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • icing, of lemon, quantity needed

Preparation

Add all the ingredients in a food processor and beat until there is a soft dough. Refrigerate for 30 mins.
With the cold dough, form balls of approximately 40 g. On a plate put a plastic plate to cook. On it place the dough balls and flatten with a glass. It is important to pass the glass by sugar beforehand to prevent the cookie from sticking. You can cut them into a heart shape if you prefer.
Bake the cookies at 170 ° C, until they are cooked without browning too much. Go through lemon glaze and go!
