This is a family recipe that has been for generations. These cookies are very rich to accompany them with coffee.

Ingredients

24 portions
  • 250 grams flour
  • 70 grams powdered sugar
  • 200 grams unsalted butter
  • 150 grams walnut, finely chopped

Preparation

Sift the flour, along with the icing sugar, and mix it with the nut.
Separately beat the butter and add the other ingredients, taking care not to touch the dough with your hands, so as not to heat it.
Form chunks, and place them in a greased tray and bake at 180 degrees Celsius until they begin to brown.
Sprinkle with more icing sugar, before they cool.

PRESENTATION

They can be presented in a dish combining chocolate and glass sugar.

TIPS

You can leave some cookies without icing sugar, and you melt chocolate in Maria's bath and you wet the tips of the cookies.
