In the Christmas season I love preparing these cookies, either to put them on the table for coffee time or to give them as a gift as a special detail. They are so delicious and easy to prepare that you do not need more to complement a good cup of coffee.

Preparation
Sift flour 3 times and mix with sugar.
Add the butter at room temperature and with the fingertips integrate perfectly until they resemble bread crumbs.
Knead gently adding little by little the chopped nut, until forming a homogeneous mass.
Once it is ready let it rest for a while.
Balls are formed in the size you prefer. They are placed on baking trays.
Bake at moderate temperature for approximately 10 or 15 minutes.
Once cooked, they should be left to cool on the trays and then covered with icing sugar.
