Ingredients: 1 envelope D´Gari® cappuccino flan, 140 g; 1 liter cow's milk; 1 piloncillo; 4 tablespoons instant coffee; 3 cups water; 4 tablespoons cornstarch; 2 tablespoons water; 190 grams cream cheese; 1/4 cups sour cream; 1/4 cups icing sugar; 1 tablespoon vanilla essence; 1 cup chocolate, for decorating

Heat the milk, without letting it boil, remove from the heat and add the D’Gari® Cappuccino Flan packet, mix and set aside. Dissolve the cornstarch in two tablespoons of cold water, set aside.
