Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 on of Flan Flavor Capuchino D'Gari® 140 g
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 piece of piloncillo
  • 4 spoonfuls of instant coffee
  • 3 cups of Water
  • 4 spoonfuls of cornstarch
  • 2 spoonfuls of Water
  • 190 grams of cream cheese
  • 1/4 of Cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 of Cup of powder sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 1 Cup of chocolate to decorate

    Preparation

    Heat the milk, without boiling, remove from heat and add the envelope of Flan Flavor Capuchino D'Gari®, mix and reserve.
    Dissolve the corn starch in two tablespoons of cold water, reserve.
    Heat the 3 cups of water low heat and add the brown sugar, continuing to move add the soluble coffee and keep moving until everything is incorporated. Add the corn starch, continuing to stir until it thickens, let cool and reserve.
    Acrema cream cheese, incorporates sugar glass and vanilla essence. Reservation.

    Decorate with grated chocolate.

    PRESENTATION
