Prepare this delicious flan light vanilla with a delicious mix of red fruits and a refreshing touch of mint. This dessert is low in sugar and calories, but very creamy and rich. Sure you will be fascinated!

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 cups of milk light
  • 1 box of Vanilla Light Flan D'Gari®
  • 1/4 of cup of raspberry
  • 1/4 of cup of strawberry cut in quarters
  • 1/4 of cup of blackberry
  • 1/4 of cup of blueberry
  • 1/4 of cup of Water
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
  • 5 grams of Mint leaf to decorate

Preparation

In a pot, pour the Envelope of the Light D'Gari® Flan in warm milk, heat to a simmer and stir until it boils, remove from the heat and stir well for 3 minutes until it dissolves completely.
Pour the custard into cups and put it to the refrigerator, about 1 hour.
In a pot, cook over low heat with the fruits with water for 5 to 10 minutes. Add the zest and remove from heat. Chill
Decorate the pudding with fruit and mint leaves.

PRESENTATION

Serve with red fruits and mint leaves.

TIPS

When you add the zest, be careful not to let it cook for a long time, as it is bitter.
