Delicious Napolitano Flan with Cream Cheese

A rich Neapolitan Flan with cream cheese, very easy and rich. A perfect dessert that you can prepare a day in advance, for any event.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet
  • strawberries, to decorate
  • walnuts, to decorate
  • raisins, to decorate

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients (condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, cheese, vanilla).
In mold of aluminum 24 or 25 cm approximately, to cover it cajeta all the mold, that will cause that the flan does not stick and will be delicious.
Pour the mixture of the blender in the mold with cajeta, cover the mold with aluminum foil and preheat the oven to 180ºC.
We take it to the oven in a bain-marie, for 1 hour. Insert a toothpick has to be slightly mojadito.
Remove the mold, wait about 10 minutes and unmold, taking off the edges very well, it will be very easy because the cajeta will slide.
Leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with strawberries, walnuts and raisins.

TIPS

For a better consistency, let it cool for one night. You can also use caramel instead of cajeta.
