Ingredients

10 portions
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

The milk is liquefied with the egg, cinnamon, vanilla and milk.
In an aluminum mold put the sugar until it starts to caramelize in low heat.
The mixture of the blender is put in the mold with the caramel
It is put in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes with low flame.
It gets into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
It is demoulded with a knife, taking it off the edges.
To serve.
