Preparation
Prepare the cake mix according to the instructions that come in the box. The mixture is reserved.
For the custard, all the other ingredients except the cajeta are put in the blender.
It greases and flour a mold and put cajeta in the bottom, just enough.
Empty the mixture of the cake in the mold with cajeta, until it covers a little less than half, then add the mixture of flan (which was incorporated in the blender). It does not matter that the mixture of flan goes to that of the cake .... the magic happens when baking, just try not to stir both mixes.
Cover the mold with aluminum and in a larger refractory put water, place inside this mold with the cake. This is so that it is cooked in a water bath. Do not put a lot of water because if the mold floats it will cook crooked.
Bake for 45 minutes at approximately 180ºC you can wait that time or a little less and insert a toothpick and if it comes out clean the cake is ready.
You have to wait for it to cool down because if it is hot molds the cake will sink. Since it is cold or warm it is demoulded and decorated with red fruits or whatever you want.
