Wash the strawberries and remove the leaves. Cut the strawberries in half and, using a toothpick, join the two halves to form a heart. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Dip the strawberries in the melted chocolate. You can decorate with colored sprinkles or whatever you like the most. Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes for the chocolate to harden.
