Ingredients

20 portions
  • 2 cups Carnation milk
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 envelopes gelatin powder, Knox
  • 1 cup Water, hot
  • 1/2 cups almond, cut
  • 1/2 cups almond, milled

Preparation

Dissolve the 4 envelopes of grenetina in the cup of hot water, mix it well until there are no lumps.
In another container all the other ingredients are mixed, except the cut almonds, since they are well mixed the glass with water and grenetina is added to him and everything is mixed until it is homogenous.
The mixture is emptied into the mold of our preference and put into the refrigerator. Wait for it to set and unmold.
Finally, spread the cut almonds on top of the gelatin.
