These palettes are a creative way to make a rich and healthy dessert. They are ideal for lunch returning from school or on weekends.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 cups Water, boiling for the red layer
  • 1 package strawberry jelly
  • 1/2 cups Water, cool
  • 1/2 cups Water, cold for the pink coat
  • 1 package natural gelatin
  • 170 grams strawberry yoghurt
  • 1/3 cups Water, cold for the white layer
  • 1/3 cups condensed milk
  • 1 package natural gelatin

Preparation

To make the palettes you need to prepare cups or silicone molds with a little vegetable spray.
To make the red layer you need to dissolve the strawberry gelatin in the boiling water. Then the cold water is added and mixed very well.
Place a spoonful of red gelatin in each mold or cup or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
To make the pink layer the water is placed in a pot and the unflavored gelatin is added. Place on low heat and heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and add yogurt, mix well. Allow it to cool a little.
Place a spoonful of pink gelatin on the red one in each mold or cup and refrigerate at least 20 minutes.
To make the white layer the water is placed in a pot and the unflavored gelatin is added. Place on low heat and heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and add yogurt, mix well. Allow it to cool a little.
Place a spoonful of white jelly on the rose in each mold or cup and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Place the palette sticks in each jelly and unmold before serving.
