This Christmas season prepares these delicious and funny gingerbread cookies that have that unique and unparalleled flavor. The best thing is that they are soft and have a simple and cute decoration to surprise your whole family.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 2 1/4 cups of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of ground clove
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 Cup of Butter at room temperature
  • 3/4 of Cup of raw sugar (165 g)
  • 1 piece of egg yolk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon of Maple syrup
  • 2 spoonfuls of milk for the glaze
  • 5 spoonfuls of Water for the glaze
  • 3 cups of powder sugar for the glaze
  • 1 1/2 spoonfuls of meringue powder for the glaze

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
    In a bowl mix all dried very well and reserve.
    Acrema butter with sugar in the blender for about 3 minutes.
    Add the yolk, vanilla, honey and milk and beat until incorporated. Slow down and add the powders little by little while continuing to beat. Add well until you get a dough.
    Wrap the dough with non-stick plastic and refrigerate 15 minutes.
    Spread the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface. Cut out figurines of gingerbread dolls, trees and stars. Place in a baking tray.
    Bake 15 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown on the edges. Chill
    For the glaze, mix the icing sugar in a bowl with the meringue powder and water.
    Decorate the cookies with the icing and let dry.

    cuánta leche se tiene que usar para la preparación de la masa? la lista de ingredientes no dice.

    Hola!!! una duda: saben si la nuez moscada puede omitirse?... o en su defecto que otro ingrediente la puede sustituir?. Sucede que en mi región es difícil encontrarla. Gracias!!!
