  • 1/4 of cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla
  • 90 grams of butter at room temperature
  • 2 lemons just the zest
  • 2 eggs
  • 190 grams of Philadelphia® cream cheese for the cream
  • 2 tablespoons of powder sugar for the cream
  • 45 grams of butter at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla for the cream
  • leaves of peppermint to decorate

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 ° c
In a bowl mix the dry ingredients, the flour, the salt, the baking powder.
In a blender add the butter, sugar and gradually add the eggs, add the dry ingredients mixture and gradually add the milk add the fresh ginger, the ginger powder, the lemon zest, whisk until completely incorporated.
