Crystalline Gelatin D'Gari® with a light pineapple flavor filled with green apples with a light vanilla and anise flavor, this gelatin, besides being nutritious, is really delicious, delight your guests with this easy and special dessert.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 4 apples
  • 2 liters Water
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 2 star anise
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 envelopes Crystalline Gelatin D'Gari ®, 140 gc / u
  • 1/4 cups Fresh mint, to decorate

Preparation

Cut the apples in eighths.
Heat the water and add cinnamon, anise and sugar. Add the apples, cook, strain let cool.
Heat the 2 liters of water, and dissolve the D'Gari® Crystalline Gelatin mixture and reserve.
Place the apple in a jelly mold and add the gelatin preparation, let it set for 3 hours in refrigeration. Unmold and decorate with mint leaves.

PRESENTATION

Decorate the base of the jelly with star anise and if you want a little cinnamon wand.

TIPS

Chill cooking apples before adding to the first layer of gelatin to melt the fruit set.
