  • 120 grams Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%, for the Greek Yogurt Cloak
  • 120 grams cream cheese, smoothing
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons yellow lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups flour, for the Cake
  • 1/2 teaspoons royal baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cups oil
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 1 yellow lemon, zest
  • 1 tablespoon yellow lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups flour, for the topping
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cold cubes
  • powdered sugar, to sprinkle

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Prepare a mold with waxed paper, with some paper protruding along 2 edges.
For the Yogurt layer: In a bowl, mix the cheese, yogurt, sugar, egg, and lemon juice until creamy. Reservation.
For the Cake In another bowl, mix, flour, royal, baking and salt. Reservation.
Beat the sugar and oil. Add the egg and mix well.
Add the Greek Yogurt, the grated zest and the lemon juice. Beat until creamy.
Little by little add the flour mixture, no more coveralls.
With a spoon, place the dough in the mold, and match the surface.
Carefully place a layer of the yogurt mixture, without reaching the edges.
For the topping: Mix the flour, butter and sugar with a fork, until you have crumbs the size of a pea. Place the crumbs on top of the yogurt layer.
Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes. Let cool and sprinkle with icing sugar, cut into squares.
