  • 120 grams of cream cheese smoothing

  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of yellow lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour for the Cake
  • 1/2 teaspoon of royal baking powder
  • 1/4 of teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/4 of teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 3/4 of cup of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup of Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 1 yellow lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon of yellow lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup of flour for the topping
  • 1/4 of cup of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of butter cold cubes
  • powder sugar to sprinkle


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Prepare a mold with waxed paper, with some paper protruding along 2 edges.

For the topping: Mix the flour, butter and sugar with a fork, until you have crumbs the size of a pea. Place the crumbs on top of the yogurt layer.
Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes. Let cool and sprinkle with icing sugar, cut into squares.
