Blend the almond flour and powdered sugar for 3 minutes or until you obtain a very fine powder. Sift the mixture twice to eliminate any lumps. Set aside. In a bowl, add the egg whites and gel food coloring. Mix completely with a whisk. Repeat for each color of gel food coloring.
