These cocadas de manjar are some balls of dulce de leche, coconut very simple to make and they are a delight. Prepare them and delight everyone at home with its fabulous flavor.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 package cookie, vino®
  • 1 cup dulce de leche (caramel), or delicacy
  • to taste grated coconut
  • to taste sparks of colors

Preparation

Crush the cookies wine® in a bowl.
Add the dulce de leche, mix with your hands until well integrated.
Form balls with the mixture and decorate with grated coconut and sprinkles of colors.

PRESENTATION

Place the balls in saucers or on a plate with grated coconut in the form of snow.

TIPS

Wine biscuits can be crushed with a blender, a processor or in an airtight bag and a Uslero. To avoid sticking the dough in your hands when mixing, fill your hands with a little oil or cornstarch. The cocadas can be of any size but for 12 to come out they have to be made tiny. To decorate faster, place the coconut or sparks on a plate and roll the balls.
