Preparation
In a large bowl sift flour, baking powder (royal).
Add the vanilla extract, the pinch of salt and the sugar.
In another bowl, lightly beat eggs, then add milk and melted butter.
Drill a hole in the center of the dry ingredients and pour the liquid ingredients. Mix with the help of a hand mixer.
Divide the dough into two containers. To one of them add the two spoonfuls of cocoa powder, then well integrate the cocoa with the mixture.
Fill the molds a little more than half, 3/4 of the mold. Take a spoonful of the dough with cocoa alternating with a spoonful of the simple dough.
Put the muffins in the oven and let them cook for about 20 minutes. You can check the cooking by inserting a toothpick, if it comes out clean, the muffins are ready.
Let them cool around 5 minutes. Once cold you can decorate them with a little liquid chocolate on top.
