Preparation
Put in a bowl or bowl the butter in medium pieces and eggs. Add, sifting sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder; beat until obtaining a uniform and homogeneous mixture. (The consistency of the mixture should be somewhat thick).
Since you have the bread mixture prepared, it is distributed, with the help of a spoon, in the molds where you want to present the dessert (they can be multiple molds for individual cakes or muffins or even round molds for small cakes).
Using the same spoon, make a hole or small hole in the center of the mixture to place in it the pieces of chocolate, either white, black, or any other that is your choice. A variant is to add some almonds, nuts, hazelnuts, peanuts or oats. Subsequently, the rest of the mixture is added.
You must preheat the oven a little before putting the preparation, at 190ºC.
Bake for approximately 25 or 30 minutes, until the mixture is firm and its volume has increased a little.
Once ready, let the cake cool and then decorate, either with a little melted chocolate or icing sugar.
Finally, they serve themselves. It is advisable to offer this dessert or consume it when it is still a bit warm, not completely cold; and it can be accompanied by a small ball of vanilla and quality ice cream.
