Preparation
Pre-heat the oven to 350ºF and grease a pyrex or large mold.
In a bowl, mix the previously pureed banana, the egg, the Natural Greek Yoplait, the vanilla extract and the mashed sugar.
Gradually empty the pastry flour, baking powder and salt over the mixture.
Add the chocolate chips and mix.
Put the mixture in the mold full until ¾ and bake for 45 minutes or until when inserting a knife or toothpick it comes out clean.
Allow to cool, cut and serve.
